Hardware:
Hardware consists of either anti-freeze plastic, non-stainless (N/S), stainless steel (S/S) or brass. Biothane adapters consist of N/S hardware.(Disclaimer: The "Rainbow Polyester" cord is the only type that is non-USA made and therefore is not fade resistant. We are currently trying to source an alternative. Until then, please keep this in mind if choosing this colour).

Once selected, type the exact colour code names from the gallery in the colour choice text field so we know exactly which colours you want on your collar. It would also be helpful if you let us know which order you want your colours to appear. You can get as creative as you like!
If you can't decide on colours or an order of appearance and would rather just leave the process to us completely then please indicate this in the colour choice text field and we will take care of it all for you! All we will need from you is a general idea of colours you prefer (e.g.: reds, blues and purples, etc) or whether we have completely free reign!
If you want us to take care of the decision-making for you then you agree to let us create your collar independently after your order is placed with no further consultation.How To Measure Your Collar Size:

Neck Size:- Use a flexible tape measure (or a piece of string) to measure the size of your dog's neck circumference where you want the collar to sit.
- When placing the tape around your dog's neck make sure not to pull too tight. For comfort the measurement should feel snug but soft.
- If placing a finger underneath the tape measure for extra comfort room please ensure that the tape measure does not sag. The fit should still feel snug.
Important: Please do not measure an existing collar by laying it flat. This will give you incorrect neck sizing. The collar must be done up as it would be on your dog and the inner circumference of the collar measured. Please refer to our "How To Order" page for guidance on how to measure for your collar correctly. We will not be responsible for measurements taken incorrectly.
Head Size (for martingale or slip style collars only):- Use a flexible tape measure (or piece of string) to measure at the widest part of your dog's head all the way around.
- If your dog's neck size is bigger than it's head size, especially if you have a particularly fluffy dog, then please add up to an additional 2cm on your measurement to ensure a comfortable fit for your dog once worn.
Martingale and Slip collars both go over the dog's head so it is essential to get this measurement correct otherwise the collar won't fit.
